Security Project Management

       Security Project Management

The C.G.S. Security Project Manager (SPM) programme normally involves the application of an end-to-end process to establish budgets, security threats and risks, whilst identifying vulnerabilities and management strategies to protect a client’s projects and business operations. This enables the client to respond and recover from incidents swiftly.

The C.G.S. Security Project Manager focuses on ensuring that the relevant policies, logistics, security infrastructure and systems are in place to effectively provide a safe and secure working environment for project teams or new/pre-existing business operating locations.

The C.G.S. Security Project Manager will review/design and develop the project site security plans as well as implementing and managing all aspects of the security programme for the client. This enables a comprehensive approach to risk management.

The Project Security Manager is a cost-effective means of mitigating risk, building the security apparatus required by the project from the outset & preventing the expense of adjusting plans, resources, policies and procedures on an immediate basis. The Security Project Manager is also an effective means of fulfilling Duty-of-Care requirements and reducing exposure to liability.
